• Grout and seals checked for mould and treated
• Mirrors and glass polished streak-free
• Extractor fan grille dusted

• Skirting boards, door frames and picture rails dusted and wiped
• Light switches, sockets and door handles cleaned
• Internal windows and sills cleaned
• Cobwebs removed from ceilings and corners
• Inside wardrobes and cupboards wiped out

• Marks on walls around switches and door handles
• Dust on the top of doors, frames and radiators
• Limescale in the kettle (if furnished)
